REFUND POLICY

We stand by our products wholeheartedly, striving daily to ensure your satisfaction and bring a smile to your face through our service. However, we understand that our IPTV subscription plans may not work perfectly for everyone at all times. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or encounter an issue that renders the system unusable and we are unable to resolve it, we are more than willing to provide a refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND?

Please include your transaction order ID with the subject “Request for Refund” and describe the issues you are facing along with the reason for your request in your email. In some cases, we may require proofs from you, and we will also provide evidence of our work and any observations to better explain our decision transparently and in detail.

CONDITIONS

Please understand and accept that we cannot provide refunds due to technical issues unless we are given the opportunity to adequately attempt to resolve them and assist you. If we are unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours, we will proceed with the refund. Please feel free to contact our 24/7 live support at any time if you require assistance.

Refunds may only be issued within 72 hours of the purchase date. After 72 hours, no refunds can be processed. If you made payment using credit cards, refunds are generally processed and funds returned to the debit card linked to the customer’s bank account within 20 to 31 working days. However, in some cases, refunds may take longer, up to 90 days. We are not responsible for these timeframes and delays, as we are not the payment provider but the IPTV service provider. We will issue a full refund only for purchases made within the last 72 hours. All other refund requests will be processed partially according to the duration of the subscription used. The IPTVright support team will contact users in all refund cases.

Note: Refunds typically take between 20 to 90 working days to process, and we cannot expedite this timeframe. Our payment processors will handle refund requests. We will endeavor to refund users promptly upon receiving the request and verifying user information.

WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR MAKE PARTIAL REFUNDS IF

  • The customer is dissatisfied with or does not like the channel lineup or performance. We recommend that every customer try the trial before purchasing a 1 to 12-month package.

WHEN A USER IS UNABLE TO SET UP THEIR OWN BOX AND SYSTEM AT THEIR END

We will provide our best support to set up their boxes, devices, apps, and systems in all cases where assistance is requested. Our support is limited to predefined steps for configuring devices, as we are not aware of the circumstances with the box, devices, and system, etc.

IF SOME CHANNELS ARE FREEZING, BUFFERING, OR NOT WORKING SOMETIMES

While almost all of our servers are stable, some channels may freeze or not work occasionally due to various reasons, but this is not permanent. Our expert engineers are constantly working to resolve these issues.

MOST OF THE TIME, THESE ISSUES ARE TEMPORARY AND CAUSED BY THE FOLLOWING

  • Fluctuations in customer internet connection
  • Issues with the box/apps/customer setup in general
  • Problems with the customer’s ISP
  • Channels being down from the server end
  • Server updates/restarts from our end (weekly performance necessary)

In the event that a user/customer cannot access their IPTV subscription plan for 48 hours or more due to a server issue or any other problems caused by us and our end, we will issue a full refund of the package price or add all lost time to your subscription for free, along with some extra bonuses that we can negotiate together.

Note: Refund requests for 24-hour trials will not be accepted.
